OMC embarked in its journey of Business Excellence by launching “Quality Circle” initiative. With overwhelming response from shop floor employees, subsequently it launched an Employee Suggestion Scheme (ESS) named “SaHbhagita” as a part of democratisation of improvement initiatives where every stakeholder is given opportunity to contribute suggestions towards growth of the organization. Currently, we are implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) practices across our organisation. We have plans to roll out Knowledge Management (KM) program in near future. QC teams from OMC have been winning awards at state (CCQC) & national level (NCQC) Quality Circle competitions conducted by QCFI.
